Who We Serve & How We Care

We support people with a range of care needs – whether you're recovering from surgery, needing a bit of help with day-to-day tasks, or simply looking for companionship and connection. We’re here for anyone who wants to stay independent at home for longer, with the right level of support to feel safe, respected, and well looked after.

Our care is grounded in compassion, professionalism, and flexibility. We deliver every service with genuine kindness and a smile, backed by years of experience and a commitment to excellence. Each care plan is tailored to suit your individual needs and preferences, and we work seamlessly alongside any existing whānau or funded support already in place. Getting Started with Personalised Care

Beginning your care journey starts with an initial conversation with our Care Manager Nicky, to discuss what you or your loved one’s health needs are, and answer any questions about our service.  Information about the costs of your investment can be emailed, or an individualised quote can be supplied.

If you need more time to consider our service, you may request a complimentary meeting with a member of our Registered Nurse team to discuss further how we could support you and get a “feel” for how we can work together.

Once you’ve made the decision to come onboard with us, an appointment to do the Needs Assessment is made, and we can start the journey of providing a flexible, quality plan of care for you.  These will integrate seamlessly with your existing funded care arrangements, adapting as your needs change without interrupting any current support you have in place. This personalised approach ensures you receive exactly the right level of care while maintaining some independence and the quality of life you deserve.
